Just Chicken In sends SMS messages only for safety related alerts and opt in confirmation. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Why you may receive SMS messages

You may receive SMS messages from Just Chicken In if:

• Someone listed you as an emergency contact
• You receive a missed check in alert
• You receive a manual alert triggered by the user
• You are asked to confirm whether you consent to receive alerts

Messages are sent only in connection with safety notifications.

Consent and opt in

Emergency contacts must explicitly opt in to receive SMS alerts.

• If you are added as a contact, you may receive a message asking you to confirm consent
• Alerts will not be sent until consent is received
• By replying YES, you consent to receive safety related SMS messages from Just Chicken In

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Messages are sent only when:

• A check in is missed
• A manual alert is triggered
• A consent confirmation is required

We do not send recurring or scheduled SMS messages.

Opt out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out
• After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS alerts from Just Chicken In
• You may still receive email alerts if you were added with an email address
